I'm not getting notifications. What can I do?

If you are not getting notifications, go through these steps to make sure everything is set up correctly:

  1. Go into your phone notification settings of Intao
    1. On IPhones, Setting>>Notifications>>Intao
    2. On Android, Settings can vary by phone. So please visit this here for more information.
  2. Make sure that you allowed the notifications.
  3. You can also check how the notifications appear visually so you don't miss them.
  4. Open the Intao app and go to the Settings screen.
  5. Log out from the application, and close the app.
  6. Reopen the app and log back in.

If you did all the steps above and you still don't get a notification the next day, please contact us via email.
