I'm not getting notifications. What can I do?
If you are not getting notifications, go through these steps to make sure everything is set up correctly:
- Go into your phone notification settings of Intao
- On IPhones, Setting>>Notifications>>Intao
- On Android, Settings can vary by phone. So please visit this here for more information.
- Make sure that you allowed the notifications.
- You can also check how the notifications appear visually so you don't miss them.
- Open the Intao app and go to the Settings screen.
- Log out from the application, and close the app.
- Reopen the app and log back in.
