Can I pause the sparks for a certain time?

Sparks can not be paused, but they were designed to fit into everyday's life. A Spark usually doesn't take longer than 7 minutes, please make sure to set up a time for the notification that works best for you. You can learn more about setting up the custom time for notifications here.
