How to Download and Install the Android Intao App using our APK File.

This guide will walk you through the steps to download and install the Intao app via the APK file. APK stands for Android Package Kit, which is the format for Android app installation files.

Step 1: Delete the current version of the Intao App

To delete the app from your Android phone, long press its icon in the app menu, select "Uninstall," and confirm the action.

Step 2: Download the APK File

  1. Open the following link in your browser: https://android.intao.app/services/download/app
  2. After clicking the link the file will be automatically downloaded.
  3. Once the download is complete, you’ll see a notification. Tap Open or find the file in your device’s Downloads folder.

Step 3: Enable “Unknown Sources”

Before installing the app from sources other than Google Play, you need to enable "Unknown Sources" on your Android device.

  1. After you open the file the following notification appears:

  1. Click on the Settings option.
  2. Scroll down and select Security or Privacy (depending on your device).
  3. Find the option called Install unknown apps or Unknown sources. Tap on it.
  4. Choose the app of your web browser from which you’ll download the APK file, then toggle the switch to allow installations from this source.

Step 4: Install the APK File

  1. After you have switched to allow installations in your security settings the 'installation process window' will pop up on your screen. Tap on Install.

  1. In case this window doesn't appear go to your Downloads folder and open the file again.
  2. It can happen that the Google Play Store recommends to scan the app, in this case click Scan app. It might take a few minutes. If you want to skip this step you can click on 'More details' and select install without scan.

  1. After scanning the app a message apears saying 'This app seems safe, you can continue the insatallation'. Tap on Install.
  2. Wait for the installation process to complete. It might take a few seconds.
  3. Once installed, you’ll see a confirmation message. Tap Open to start using the app.
  4. Congratualations you have now succesfully installed the app. 🥳

Step 5 (Optional): Disable “Unknown Sources”

  1. For security purposes, it’s recommended to disable "Unknown Sources" after you’ve finished installing the app.
  2. Return to the Settings app.
  3. Go to Security or Privacy and find Install unknown apps or Unknown sources.
  4. Toggle the switch back to disable installation from unknown sources.
Note: Always make sure that the APK file you're installing is from a trusted source to avoid any potential security risks.
